I currently sell on my online store and at various vegan festivals throughout the UK.
What are the care instructions for the clothing?
Wash all items at no higher than 40 degrees, do not tumble dry and iron inside out!
Is your business kind to the planet and the animals?
It is extremely important to me that my business is as kind as possible to the animals and this beautiful planet we all share. I therefore use biodegradable shipping bags and all of my clothing is sourced from a printer that uses toxic-free and vegan-friendly ink.
How do you choose who to donate to and which charities have benefitted in the past?
As of January 2018, 5% profit will be used to fund an animal sanctuary. In 2017, 5% profit was donated to various animal charities and in 2016, for every item sold from the main range £1 was donated and for bags & items from the children’s range 50p was donated.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes, I do ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Once you’ve entered your address on the checkout page, you’ll be able to see the shipping cost before you’re committed to paying. Unfortunately, some countries may charge an additional import tax that I cannot calculate up front, please therefore check your country’s policies before ordering.
How soon after I place an order can I expect to receive it?
I am usually able to send orders out within 2 business days. All orders are sent ‘first class signed for’ within the UK, so should be with you the next business day after shipping. International orders are sent using an ‘international tracked & signed’ service, and should take 3-5 working days to Western Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world, although unfortunately they may be subject to unexpected and unavoidable hold ups.
Where can I enter a discount code?
When you reach the checkout page, there will be a box to enter a discount code.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
I have a 14 day return policy; after this time I unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) should you wish to exchange/refund your item. Once I have received the returned item and have checked its condition, your exchange/refund will be processed.
Please note that shipping is not refundable and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs applicable to exchanged/refunded items.
All items are checked thoroughly before they are sent to you to ensure they are in good condition, however if there are any faults with your item, please contact me via email (email@example.com) and I will be happy to arrange a replacement to be sent to you as soon as I receive the original faulty item.
